Congrats on earning your PHD, Melissa

Our great niece just earned a PHD - what an achievement!
I had a piece of black cs that I had previously used for an oval cutout.  It was just the right size and shape, so I used it as a frame for the starry patterned paper.  The sentiment is a strip of patterned paper, and the gold stars are acrylic.

I love this! It's great to get double duty out of die cuts using both the positive and negative. Great patterned paper as well. Thanks for joining our Cut it Up challenge.
