Lady in Red

I paper pieced the hat and dress of this Clear Art Stamp.  The inside greeting is for a birhday - could not find a small enough one that said Happy Birthday!  The DP is DCWV - from my very old stash (several years):  I added some LARGE jewels for her necklace and earrings, and did the outside layer in Swiss dots.
