SCS DTGD 2017 ~ LuvLee

I purchased this stamp at a yard sale - it is by Art Impressions but I don't know what it is called.  I think this cute bear is pretty happy to be celebrating a nice summer day with an abundance of flowers!
Recipe:  Coloring with Prisma pencils; Cuttlebug border dies; Spellbinder ovals;  honeycomb pattern from a stencil.
Flowers:   Come and Get It
Fur/Feathers:    Aurora Wings
Critter:   2crafty Critter Crazies.
Anything but Square:   Making Memories
No Sentiment:    Aud Sentiments

Honoring this week's Queen

This is another card I made to honor this week's queen at SplitCoastStampers - to be revealed later today.  It is a pretty accurate case - something I rarely do!  I did emboss the bg - this time I just "bit the bullet" so to speak, and used the HB folder "sideways" - figured it did not matter a lot as most of it is covered - especially the cake and candles that would not do well tipped over LOL!  Has any company heard my plea for a landscape HB folder?  I have practically worn this one out...
The bubbly DP is Paper Pizazz, and the other is Provo Craft.  The dark CS is navy Recollections.  The sentiment has become separated and I am not sure of the origin.  I used Oval Nesties, and a Martha Stewart punch.

Rejoice! Have a blessed Easter

This is a favorite technique - using a white embossed bg - this time, with an addition of chalk.  I used some of the Stamp 'n Plus powdered chalk - just received as a prize from Chalk ah Lot.  I mixed it with water and painted it on the leaves - it looks grey here but IRL is a lovely green.  I like the way that I could use the aqua brush and control where it is placed.  I added some gems, and butterflies.  The image is from my stash of pre colored items - ready to use when needed.  The mats and butterflies are a dark green for the spring look.
