Lots of green

I have been trying colors I do not use a lot - and  green is one of them.  The dots and gingham are from AMuse.  The Craft Room has an inspiration challenge - I was inspired by the green and the top left image.

More strawberries

I seldom do repeats, but a friend saw the card I made using this image (from Beccy's place, precolored), and wanted one - I changed a couple of things, including adding a gold frame (stickers) around the image - once again, I had a boo-boo to disguise!\  For the inspiration challenge, I was inspired by the green - especially the leafy image.

Fish Whisperer - Dale

This image is perfect for our friend whose birthday is soon - I just received it as part of a Bugaboo prize package.  I used a computer sentiment so I could make it small and add his name.  It is colored with Prismas.  The DP is from a Karen Foster "Gone Fishing" pack - there are (subtle) lures.  I added some chalk sponging, and distressed the edges.  The button and circle are die cuts on my machine. 
Inside top:  It's your birthday again?  Didn't we do that about a year ago?  And for the main verse, I have a list of fishing wisdom - such as "When in doubt, exaggerate".  (I think that is needed with this cartch LOL!

Carol's birthday

This is DP (Daisy D, I think) that I have been hoarding - waiting for that special occasion!  My sister is younger than I and would not recall the family farm home with no indoor plumbing - in use when I was young.  She will remember the dozens (probably hundreds) of chickens she raised, butchered and froze - though that was many years ago as well.
The image is from Beccy's Place.  She used it for a sample - it has lovely highlights that I was not able to duplicate - I tried chalk.  The bird and branches are Cheery Lynn dies from Joan's Gardens.
