Recycled Christmas 10-1-17

This continues my goal of recycling many of the cards I have been saving for a while!  I mounted the original card on dark blue cs; tapered the top, and added punched gold stars.  I opened a brand new  piece of ribbon - it says Merry Christmas  (this does not show up on the photo but the two words are imprinted in gold on the ribbon).  I hope the local Navy Mom who is sending 100 boxes to the troops will be able to use a few more cards.

I do hate when the little extra bits do not show up on the photograph - but I am sure it looks stunning when you see it properly. A lovely recycled card,

Thanks for playing along at Aud Sentiments,

That is too lovely a scene not to upcycle into a new Christmas card! It's so pretty, Dorothy! I'm sure the ribbon is lovely! Thank you so much for playing again in my NBUS Challenge #12! Hugs, Darnell
