A quintet of anniversary cards

August must be popular for weddings!  I needed a couple of anniversary cards for family, and had requests from customers.  I have used the Cuttlebug occasions embossing folder and dies for several cards lately - you can see different looks with the chalk.  The border punch is Martha Stewart.  The last card used the Victoria EF, together with a border EF.  It is for a 60th anniversary - the list I used said that the symbol for the 60th and 75th anniversaries is the same - diamond, so I added several!!! This is a another version of an all white wedding card I made - I do like the pop of color.

(Top card) - sketch:  http://sweetstopsketches.blogspot.com/
"Double" mice:  http://housemouse-challenge.blogspot.com/
(Card #2) "revisited" technique - using chalk - one of the first stamping techniques I used!  And from my stash - I have had the chalk for several years, and the ribbon and CS for at least a year:  http://shoppingourstash.blogspot.com/

Such pretty cards Dorothy. Love the dry embosssed flowers chalked. The house mouse image is so sweet. The papers are so pretty and that netting looks great. Thank you for playing along with us at The Sweet Stop this week.

Ooof imagine being married for 75 years! That's crazy. To achieve that, I'll have to live to exactly 100 (Hubby would be 99!). Lovely cards, I just spotted that you are an ex-teacher too. Chouette! :D

You did a great job with the chalked embossing ... I stink at it, so I'm quite jealous.
