Broken nose

Yes, that is a bit of a real bandage.  We just heard that our granddaughter's bad luck has continued.  She injured her shoulder twice during volley ball season.  She just made HS varsity basketball (as a sophomore) - and was accidentally hit on the face during a game - resulting in a broken nose.  We are waiting to hear if she needs surgery.  I just got this image from iclassygirl (my winnings) - I did not expect to need it this soon.  I colored with Prismas.  I used some Recollections papers, a Martha Stewart punch, a couple of ribbon scraps, glitter,  a rhinestone bauble - and, of course, a bit of a bandage.  (Read my next post for more...)
BTW, I used her school colors.

Dorothy so sorry to hear about your granddaughter's injury but I have to tell you I just love the bandage you put on the image in this card for her. How clever that is and I hope she gets a smile out of it like I did. Terrific card. So glad you could play along with us this week at Sweet Sketch Wednesday!

I feel so bad for your granddaughter to make the b-ball team then get injured. This card is sure to put a smile on her face. How cute to add the bandaid too. Thanks for joining us at Sweet Sketch Wednesday.

Hope she heals quickly. This image is perfect for the situation. Adding a piece of real bandage is a great touch.
