I am sure you can't tell on the screen, but there are five shades of white - each layer is different, The fancy circle is shiny cs (actually, the recycled back of a card I received), and the punched snowflakes are from a scrap of brocade style white cs. The embossing is a Nellie Snellen folder. I tried the highlight technique from a video tutorial - see the link to Beccy's site below, and she has links on her blog. White glitter is sprinkled over all. The sentiment is computer generated. THe cs, dies, and glitter have been a part of my supplies for a long time.

Your white on white (x5) card looks amazing and I'm sure it looks even more so in person. Love everything about it. So glad you shared it with us for the Sparkle N Sprinkle Creative Challenge.
Love the white on white! Great layers and love glitter!
Well done on your shades of white card Dorothy, you've done a wonderful job. I love the thought you've put in to the different whites you used, particularly the back of the recycled card, I never would have thought of that. I like the addition of the glitter too... everything looks better with a little bit of sparkle!
Cheers,
Beccy
