Sending a smile

This should send a smile!
That is the theme of the challenge here:
In addition, I used some common household twine (unusual crafting item) and a bit of a gold gift bag - it did not exactly clear out my stash - actually, hardly made a dent!  But these items have been around a while.

The image is a digital from DeeDee - her shop has since closed.  I used brown and beige cs from a new packet - it is Coredinations, which I found at Joanne's - had not noticed it before.  The "dog" dp is from an animal print pack from BigLots. I used a diamond EF, Nesties, and some square brads.
