Monochromatic Vintage
I used a portion of a stamp called Galerie Vernissage, by Inkadinkado - one of those background type stamps I bought several years ago, and just do not get around to using very much - though I still like it a lot. I thought it fit with the vintage look. DP is by Paper Studio. Ink - Ranger Tea Dye distress. I used a small Cuttlebug embossing folder, and did two passes through the Cuttlebug. The "seam" is close to the tag, and I think really does not stand out too much. I wanted to be sure the words happy and birthday were both wholly displayed. I used a Martha Stewart corner punch, with both black and beige cs which I layered to anchor the tag. IRL the beige adds a bit of dimension and separation. The narrow strip is a CB border that resembles stitching. I used nesties for the circles.
