This cute digi from Pollycraft (I have had it quite a while) seems made for an anniversary card. I used chalk pencils to color it. The aqua cs is from a DCWV stack, and the ribbon is one of the nicer ones I got in a huge box from Costco some time ago. The sentiment is from a dollar bin. I embossed with the Argyle CB folder, and the scallop is with a Martha Stewart edging punch.
