Re post - spatters

 I originally posted this card on 7-9.  The repost is so that I can do an individual link.
Card details:  Unity sentiment from Favorite Sentiment set.
Washi tape Cuttlebug Textile embossing and border die;Cheery Lynn butterfly die; Stardream metallic Neptune - emerald - cs - another prize, and it is available at Classy Cards 'n Such.  Details of the splatter technique will follow.
To create the splatters I used reinker (Tsukinecko), mixed with a bit of water.  I dipped a toothbrush in it, and alternately tapped, shook, and plunked to get the result.   I used the metallic teal ink for a shimmery look
