Dragon for a 10 year old

I am making an assortment of cards for 10-12 year old boys, on the request of a friend.  I find this a really tough age group, especially as I have no idea of the interests of the boys.  Maybe this High Hopes stamp works. I may add a little "grandson" tag.  I think the DP is from a DCWV Fall stack - this summer I am using items from a limited supply - all separated from the original source. The cord is a shiny variegated brown from Paper Pizzazz, and the bg is dark green.
I colored with Prismas, and used shiny gel pens for the flames, candles, and trim.  The shiny frosting is Enamel Accents by Ranger - for this challenge:  http://highhopesstamps.blogspot.com/http://highhopesstamps.blogspot.com/

This is lovely! I love the dragon. Boys are hard generally I think - I have two and my eldest one's taste changes constantly! I think you nailed it here though.

I have to agree with Bexx, I think you nailed this! I have a tough time with my nephews and don't know many others I like to make cards for...but I think this is perfect! The dragon image is wonderful and the green pulls it all together! I'm looking forward to seeing more boy cards for you as you work on them for the friend!
