Each year I plan to use cards received in previous years as a recycling project - probably to give to a nursing home, etc. And each year I put it off. I did try one today - maybe I will be inspired to start in January! The "spotlight".
Recipe: Nestie with embossed edge sponged in Platinum ink; sheer silver ribbon (used for strips on sketch); snowflake brad with added glitter; computer sentiment.

Great card! Way to up-cycle! Thank you for joining us at Tuesday Morning Sketches.
Gorgeous card! I always say I'm going to do this, too, but never seem to remember the next year!
Thanks for playing along with us this week with our TMS Bingo challenge!!
Forgot to add... you asked about my thin border on my Nestie. I will cut my image, then just set the die on the border paper and trace around it with a pen, then cut it out. It gives a nice narrow border. Hope that helps!
Recycling cards is one of my favourite techniques - there are so many gorgeous ones! So glad you came to play with us at TMS this week, Dorothy :)
