I usually like to coordinate a wedding card with the colors from the invitation. However, I needed to add one to my stash, and the blue and white seem sufficiently generic! I used a very new Swirls EF (LifeStyle Crafts), and some very old DP from my stash - along with Petaloo flowers I have had for some time. The sentiment is from Verve. I completed the look with a rhinestone, glitter and sheer ribbon - first try at shrinking the ribbon with a heat gun! I am not sure why - I have seldom used glitter, and all of a sudden I have several glittery examples.

Hi Dorthy, the picture of your card isn't visible on your blog. From what I can see if it on The Shabby Tea Room's site it is perfectly lovely. The layering of paper and embossing make an elegant card. Thanks for sharing it with us at TSTR!
Ah-Ha...the picture just showed up. Must be my computer...so sorry!
Gorgeous colors and I really like that textured background!
This looks so fresh! I love the texture.
Great wedding card - something old, something new, and little touches of blue!
I absolutely love this card. It's simple, yet it looks so elegant. I just so happened upon it. I am new to blogging and challenges. I just started my blog at the end of December and I am having fun.
What an elegant card! Thank you for joining us at Whimsie Doodles!
