I'm not sure I have quite figured this out.  But this card is pretty symbolic of what is going on - so many people who are seriously ill and in need of cheer.  On another level, this blog is what is going on - I just started it!  And, one more - I just scored these two stamp sets from ScrapAce - I hope I like them.
In addition to misc. cs, I used stamps from the JustRite sets smiles and birthdays.  Ribbon is Dots and Dashes, and the mini pearls are from Pizzazz Aplenty.  The border is a Martha Stewart punch. I used gel pens for coloring the circle border.
