Buggy Birthday

I am trying to catch up on some challenges I have been wanting to do - lots of interruptions today and I feel this got a bit discombobulated!  The image has been in my stash for a long time, and the sentiment is computer generated.  The buggy DP probably came from a DCWV stack.  Also - can you see the lady bug on her hat?
