SCS Dare to get Dirty - Nancy Litrell

Technique:  Placing small amounts of ink (different colors) on cutting mat; spritz with water, smooosh tissue paper and smooth with fingers to cover tissue paper; let dry,  It is a bit fragile so I left the slightly distressed look..  I wanted earth tones for the lower layer and my inks were not juicy enough, so I used small ink pads and applied directly to the tissue paper.    Stampendous stamp; dark blue cs.
