For Iva

I know -this looks like a re run!  My sister-in-law really likes teal and I am sure she will like this image - so a birthday card  seemed in order.  This time I used Cuttlebug dies for the bg and the cream strip - on shimmer cs.  Supplies:  pre-colored image by TLC  (http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/); Spellbinder ovals; sentiment by Elizabeth; washi tape, ribbon; glitter (by sentiment)
